Welcome to Term 4 – FET Phase Tutors, Facilitators & Venue Owners
Welcome to the final stretch of the academic year – Term 4. As we enter this critical period, your continued dedication, professionalism, and commitment to learner success are deeply appreciated. Thank you for the significant role each of you has played throughout the year.
Please take note of the following important submissions and academic activities for Term 4:

Agricultural Management Practices PAT – Final submissions are due this term. Please ensure all tasks are completed and assessed accordingly.

Design Arts Exhibition – Submission and exhibition guidelines are available in the subject file. Kindly guide learners to prepare thoroughly.

Visual Arts Exhibition – Instructions are provided in the subject folder. Please ensure all preparations and assessments are in line with requirements.

Dramatic Arts PATs – These will be re-performed during the Final Examination cycle as part of the formal exam mark. Encourage learners to rehearse and perfect their performances.

Language Oral Assessments – These have been completed for the year. All marks will automatically reflect on D6 Principal Plus and contribute to the final year mark.

Engineering Graphics & Design – The Course Drawing Task is available in the subject folder. Learners must finalize their Practical Assessment Task (PAT), and marks must be captured before the start of the Final Examination Cycle.

Other PAT Subjects – Learners taking Computer Applications Technology, Consumer Studies, Hospitality Studies, and Tourism must also finalize and submit their PATs. Marks should be submitted before the final exams begin.

Mathematics – A Term Test is available in the relevant subject folder. Please ensure it is administered and assessed accordingly.
